Universal Music Czech Republic & Slovakia’s live division has partnered with United Stage Group, a live and music management agency in the Nordics, also a division of UMG.
The partnership spans live music and includes bookings, promotions, and sponsorship.
United Stage will be managed by Jindrich Vladyka in the Czech Republic and Patricia Cernochova in Slovakia, representing artists such as Mirai, Lenny, Slza, Sensey, Hills 97, AMK, Adam Durica, Peter Bitc Project, and Stefan Stec.
Under their guidance, United Stage will expand business opportunities for its artists across the region, it says.
United Stage Group currently represents over 300 artists, including Molly Sandén, Lars Winnerbäck, Lukas Graham, Tessa, CC Cowboys, and Marcus & Martinus.
The agency produces more than 5,000 events a year in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, it says.
The partnership will expand the Nordic-based operation’s remit and scope, allowing for growth and synergy in the live music space, says the company.
The core business of United Stage Group is live booking for artist talent, however, the group also has divisions spanning show promotion, management, musicals, corporate events, branded events, sponsorships, and a ticketing service.
The partnership comes just over six months after Maciej Kutak was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Universal Music Poland and Senior Vice President, Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
Kutak is responsible for Universal Music operations in Greece, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary, which expanded on his current role as Managing Director, Universal Music Poland.
