UnitedMasters has appointed four executives across its marketing, brand, commerce and operations divisions.
The independent distribution platform and record label has named Todd L. Perry II as VP, Head of Artist and Label Marketing; Luca Zanello as Head of Brand & Sync; Goldie Harris as Head of Commerce; and Jason Peerless as VP, Artist & Label Operations.
UnitedMasters announced the appointments on Monday (August 10), as the company continues to expand its senior leadership team and strengthen its infrastructure for independent artists.
Todd L. Perry II joins UnitedMasters from Warner Records, where he served as VP / Head of Artist and Label Marketing.
There, he led campaigns and marketing initiatives for artists including Veeze, Alex Isley, Syd, Rusowsky and LIHTZ.
At UnitedMasters, he will oversee the Artist & Label Marketing division and lead efforts to scale and modernize the marketing organization.

Luca Zanello joins as Head of Brand & Sync, arriving with more than 20 years of experience across The Orchard, Roc Nation and MSM Group.
He will drive collaborations across advertising, film, television, gaming and global brands, creating sync and commercial opportunities for UnitedMasters‘ independent artists.
Goldie Harris joins as Head of Commerce, overseeing the company’s global commerce strategy and expanding its direct-to-fan ecosystem.
She has led global commerce and platform strategies across the U.S., Africa and Latin America.
Jason Peerless, VP, Artist & Label Operations, will lead operational strategy across the company’s artist and label services.
Peerless joins after 12 years at Universal Music Group, including 10 years at Def Jam Recordings, where he oversaw A&R Operations.

UnitedMasters is also celebrating a run of commercial milestones across its roster in 2026, including successes for Brent Faiyaz, BigXthaPlug and FloyyMenor.
Brent Faiyaz‘s Icon debuted at No. 1 on Billboard‘s Top R&B Albums chart and No. 6 on the Billboard 200.
UnitedMasters says it is the company’s highest-charting album debut to date.
The album opened with 58,000 equivalent album units in its first week, according to Billboard.
Its singles have to. and butterflies. followed, with have to. reaching No. 1 on Billboard‘s Adult R&B Songs chart.
BigXthaPlug‘s I Hope You’re Happy earned an RIAA Gold certification.
Its single Hell at Night, featuring Ella Langley, is certified Platinum, and All the Way, featuring Bailey Zimmerman, is certified 2x Platinum.
The Dallas-born rapper also completed a festival run over the period.
FloyyMenor‘s Gata Only reached 4x Platinum RIAA certification.

UnitedMasters says the Chilean singer is the only artist from his country to earn Platinum or higher for a Latin title in the RIAA‘s Gold & Platinum Program.
