Coldrick was most recently Director of Policy and Research at the Design Council, and has previously headed up commercial and public affairs with Cadbury, as well as Government communications at BIS.
Current MMF CEO Jon Webster (pictured, main) will assume the role of President.
Said Webster: “After 8 years at the MMF when we have grown substantially as an organisation it is time to hand the baton to someone else and I am incredibly happy that we have found Annabella to fulfil that role.
“The issues facing managers and their artists require an injection of new skills as the legislative process that affects our businesses becomes worldwide following the revolution that the internet has brought”.

Annabella said: “Music production and consumption is fast evolving in the digital age and it is imperative that the voices of managers and artists are heard and actively listened to by governments and the industry. I’m really looking forward to taking up this challenge with Jon and the MMF team and to use my experience to further enhance MMF’s reputation as a critical partner in this debate.”
The new Chief Executive will report to Co-Chairs Diane Wagg and Stephen Budd. Diane and Stephen remarked “Webbo’s 8 year tenure has seen a total revamp of the MMF culminating in the publishing of the Dissecting the Digital Dollar report.
