Transgressive co-founder Tim Dellow named Chair of UK’s AIM

UK trade body the Association of Independent Music (AIM) has made some changes to its structure under CEO Paul Pacifico.

Trangressive Records co-founder Tim Dellow (pictured) has been named Chairperson of the organization, having been elected by the AIM board.

In addition, a new Management Group has been appointed to help support Dellow and Pacifico in their respective roles.

The Management Group is comprised of the following:

Tim Dellow said: “I’m honoured to have been elected as the Chairperson of AIM. The Independent sector is flourishing, reflected in this incredibly dynamic board, which has great ambitions to develop talent and break artists in this exciting landscape.

“I am sure that AIM will continue to reflect the true voice of independent entrepreneurship, and help our diverse membership fight for ethical deals and approaches on behalf of the artists they represent.”

AIM CEO Paul Pacifico said: “It’s great to have the support of such a high calibre Chairperson and management group as we enter the next chapter of AIM.
