Republic Records has appointed Touré Shiver as Vice President, Marketing Strategy, expanding the label’s marketing division.
Based in New York, he will report to the label’s marketing leadership team led by Chief Marketing Officer Donna Gryn and Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy Xiarra-Diamond Nimrod.
Shiver will work across marketing initiatives for artists on Republic’s hip-hop and R&B roster, including Ayra Starr, DC The Don, DJ Khaled, Jacquees, John Legend, Ledbyher and MexikoDro, focusing on campaign development and audience growth.

Shiver joins Republic from Columbia Records, where he contributed to marketing campaigns for artists including Tyler, The Creator and Pharrell Williams.
