Two senior promoters at the UK operation of Live Nation have left the organisation, MBW understands.

Steve Homer (pictured, top) and Toby Leighton-Pope (pictured, second) are believed to have exited the company last week.

The duo are well-known faces on the worldwide live music business circuit.

Leighton-Pope held positions at Live Nation including Senior Vice President of Music and played a leading role in putting together events such as the annual Wireless Festival.

He was recently nominated as International Promoter of the Year at the Pollstar Awards 2016.

Steve Homer was one of the leading promoters at Live Nation UK, and held roles including Vice President Of Music at the company.

He was also heavily involved in Wireless Festival.

Outside Wireless, Live Nation controls or owns stakes in UK festival brands including Latitude, Download, Reading/Leeds and V Festival.

The world’s biggest promoter, it also owns a series of UK venues through its O2 Academy brand.

Longstanding Live Nation UK COO John Probyn left the business in September to join a sports event company.Music Business Worldwide
