Tileyard Music hires Michaela Lundin as Creative Manager / A&R

London-based Tileyard Music has appointed Michaela Lundin to their team as Creative Manager / A&R.

Lundin joins Tileyard from Swedish powerhouse TEN Music Group, where she worked across management, publishing and records with Zara Larsson, Erik Hassle, Linnea Sodahl, Mike Perry, Maria Hazell, Elliphant, and Niki & The Dove – acts collectively responsible for millions of sales and billions of streams.

Lundin’s primary focus as Creative Manager will be growing Tileyard’s publishing roster and catalogue, which includes the sizeable streaming hit “Stole The Show” by Kygo and “Give Me Your Love” by Sigala ft. John Newman and Nile Rodgers.

She will also work across management and the newly-formed label arm of the company.

“Michaela is a modern day music executive, she has hard to come by experience as a ‘triple-threat’ in records, management and publishing with success stories in abundance.”

To date, Tileyard Music is responsible for approximately 1.5 billion streams across its management and publishing roster since forming four years ago.

The company manages acts including Sigala, JONES and Ella Eyre.

Lundin said: ”I couldn’t be more excited to join the Tileyard Music team and have the opportunity to work with their brilliant roster. I think Tileyard as a whole is such an exciting and inspiring company, there’s so much going on up here and it feels like the perfect creative melting pot for me. I’m looking forward to being a part of their journey.”

Charlie Arme, partner at Tileyard Music, added: “Michaela is a modern day music executive, she has hard to come by experience as a ‘triple-threat’ in records, management and publishing with success stories in abundance.

“It’s a testament to her ability that it was our team who recommended her to us, and it was very apparent from the minute that we sat with her, that we had to make her part of our creative team. She is an incredible addition.”Music Business Worldwide
