Three Six Zero has launched a sports management division, Three Six Zero Sports.
The new division has been formed in partnership with Florian Schroeder, founder of athlete representation company PRJCT:A.
Schroeder brings to Three Six Zero Sports a roster of athletes including Chelsea and England defender Reece James, Australia international Sam Kerr, and former Arsenal and Barcelona striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Three Six Zero is an international management and entertainment company with offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and London.
Its roster includes Calvin Harris, Muse, WILLOW, Kid Cudi, Jaden, and Swedish House Mafia, among others.
The launch of Three Six Zero Sports marks the latest expansion for the company, which has grown steadily over recent years through a series of partnerships and acquisitions across music, film, and entertainment.
Prior to forming PRJCT:A, Schroeder spent what the company describes as nearly a decade in brand and sports marketing at Nike, before leading Athlete and Sports Partnerships for Meta across EMEA.
The launch marks a formal expansion of Three Six Zero‘s operations into sport – a sector that Mark Gillespie, Founder & CEO of Three Six Zero, says is increasingly intertwined with the entertainment business.
“We’re thrilled for Flo and his athletes to join our ecosystem, and together we look forward to setting new standards in how sport and entertainment intersect.”

Gillespie said: “Every week, the connection between sport and traditional entertainment becomes more evident. As partners at Three Six Zero, we’re proud to welcome Flo into the family and extend our representation into sport, a natural evolution for the company.”
“I’m thrilled to join forces with Mark and the wider team at Three Six Zero to build a home for the next generation of athletes and blur the lines between sports, music and entertainment.”

Elsewhere, in February 2025, Three Six Zero Recordings, the company’s label arm, signed a global distribution deal with Warner Music Group’s ADA.
Earlier that year, Three Six Zero relaunched its Three Six Zero Studios facility in London’s Notting Hill, following the acquisition and refurbishment of the former SARM Music Village from producer Trevor Horn.
The company has also expanded its management business through partnerships with James Fava of Intergalactic Fantastic Worldwide, who joined as a partner in February 2024, and Caron Veazey of Something In Common, who joined in 2023.
In July 2025, Three Six Zero appointed Aimee Jessiman as its UK Head of Management.
Schroeder is the latest partner to join Gillespie‘s expanding ecosystem, and the first to bring a roster of athletes rather than musicians.Music Business Worldwide
