Three Six Zero has launched a division, Entertainment & New Media, led by Rebecca Dowell.

The division will focus on talent across entertainment and digital media, the management company said on Wednesday (October 21).

Dowell will look to sign digital creators, multi-hyphenate creatives, and IP-based projects, according to Three Six Zero.

Dowell joined Three Six Zero in 2024 and already represents a roster of digital talent.

It includes Amelia Dimoldenberg, creator and host of the interview series Chicken Shop Date.

Chicken Shop Date sees Dimoldenberg interview celebrities over fried chicken, and won Indie Series at the Streamy Awards in 2021.

Dimoldenberg announced in September that the series would end after 12 years.

Its final season premiered on Netflix and her YouTube channel on October 2, with Netflix also licensing past episodes.

Three Six Zero says Dowell led the licensing deal that brought the show to the platform.

Dimoldenberg is among a number of digital creators whose shows Netflix has licensed in recent years.

Dowell also represents Munya Chawawa, a British Comedy Award winner and BAFTA-nominated comedian, actor, and satirist.

Chawawa rose to prominence during the 2020 lockdown through online parody sketches.

He also played Bottom in a 1990s rave-set adaptation of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which ran at Chichester Festival Theatre until October 17.

The company says Dowell helped set up two youth projects tied to the pair.

They are Dimoldenberg‘s Dimz Academy Inc. and Chawawa‘s Black Boys Theatre Club, which he founded to introduce young Black people to theater.

Dowell also works with creator, model, and host Victor Kunda, a comedian and content creator known for observational comedy and fashion content.

The division’s move into new media includes work with Polyester, the London-based intersectional feminist arts and culture zine founded by Ione Gamble in 2014. The magazine has been profiled by the New York Times.

Polyester launched its podcast in 2019.

Dowell will help turn The Polyester Podcast from an audio show into a video podcast, Three Six Zero said.

She will also work with Gamble and senior editor Gina Tonic to expand Polyester‘s formats across merchandising, live events, and brand partnerships.

Dowell will represent Tonic and Gamble individually across publishing, film, and television.

Before joining Three Six Zero, Dowell was Talent Director at YMU Group and Head of Talent at MOXIE, the talent arm of Studio71UK.

Three Six Zero says she led the launch strategy for Beta Squad, the YouTube collective that began as a Studio71 project in 2019.

The launch is the latest expansion for Three Six Zero, which launched a sports management division in May 2026.

Three Six Zero has grown through a series of partnerships and acquisitions across music, film, and entertainment, including a stake in management firm Forward Motion Artists.

In February 2025, its label arm, Three Six Zero Recordings, signed a global distribution deal with Warner Music Group‘s ADA.

Three Six Zero was co-founded in 2007 by Mark Gillespie and Dean Wilson, and has offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and London.

Its roster includes Calvin Harris, WILLOW, Kid Cudi, Jaden, and Swedish House Mafia.Music Business Worldwide
