Three Six Zero joins forces with Nicky Jam management company La Industria Inc in global partnership

Three Six Zero, the multimedia talent management company whose roster includes Calvin Harris, Tiësto, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Jaden Smith, has inked a global partnership with La Industria Inc to develop Latin hitmakers across the world.

Operating via Three Six Zero’s International division, the partnership will see the firm work hand-in-hand with La Industria to build the careers of artists such as Nicky Jam, Manuel Turizo, Chocquibtown and Mati Gomez among others.

The alliance has already borne success: Nicky Jam recently starred in Will Smith vehicle Bad Boys For Life, which was a No.1 box office hit. Nicky Jam and Daddy Yankee track, Muévelo, appeared on the movie’s soundtrack.


Three Six Zero, which runs offices in Miami, Los Angeles, London and Tokyo, works with talent from across music, movies and TV. Its roster that also includes Willow Smith, Louis Tomlinson, Shameik Moore, Brady Corbet and Emil Nava.

TSZ’s team includes founder Mark Gillespie plus Miguel Melendez – who has guided the career of Will Smith and the Smith Family for over 20 years – and Lorenzo Braun, a 20-year industry veteran with vast artist and music business development experience in the US, Europe and Latin America.

La Industria Inc, based in Medellin, Colombia, is run by CEO Juan Diego Medina – a 33-year-old entrepreneur who has been recognized by Billboard Magazine as one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the global music industry.
