Three Six Zero acquires stake in UK-based management company Palm Artists, strikes partnership

Palm Artists client Gorgon City

Three Six Zero has acquired a stake in UK music management company Palm Artists.

MBW has confirmed that the two companies have structured a deal under which they will be go-forward partners.

MBW understands that a new company, Three Six Zero SPV2, now owns 50% of Palm Artists Ltd.

(This is our guesswork, but SPV2 would likely stand for ‘special purpose vehicle 2’.)

Formed in 2018 and run by Greg Burnell, London-based Palm Artists’ roster includes Gorgon City and the DJ/producer Sonny Fodera. (Burnell owns a stake in the SPV2 company, reveals UK Companies House.)

Palm Artists also represents the likes of Piri & Tommy, Biscits, Adelphi Music Factory, Meg Ward, and SURYA SEN.

Three Six Zero’s acquisition of a majority stake in Palm Artists follows the firm’s recent acquisition of Craig Dorfman’s New York-based talent agency Frontline Entertainment.

Formed in 2000, Frontline Entertainment’s roster includes Joshua Malina (The West WingThe Big Bang Theory), Lorraine Toussaint (Orange Is The New BlackSelma), Patricia Richardson (Home Improvement), Alice Barrett Mitchell (HeelsThe Thing About Pam), Joe Pingue (Station 11), Sarah Power (The Good Witch) and musician, actor and writer Sam Harris.

In 2019, Three Six Zero acquired Miguel Melendez’s Westbrook Entertainment.

Three Six Zero has offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and London, and the company represents global talent including Calvin Harris, WILLOW, Majid Jordan, Nicky Jam, The Streets, and Jabari Banks.Music Business Worldwide
