Apple Corps Ltd., the UK-based company that manages The Beatles’ creative and business interests, has hired four executives and promoted two long-serving staff members.
The hires span marketing, finance, retail, and strategy, according to an announcement on Wednesday (April 29).
They all report to CEO Tom Greene, who took on the role in September 2025.
Lux Paterson joins as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, overseeing marketing, digital, press, and strategy. She previously worked at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she led growth strategy for global franchises, and started her career as a strategy consultant.
Jonathan Sands joins the executive team to work across merchandise strategy with a focus on visitor experiences and retail. He has founded several experiential businesses, including Star Wars The Exhibition and The London Film Museum, which produced the Bond in Motion exhibition. He also built Platform 9¾, the Harry Potter-themed retail group at London’s King’s Cross station, which was later acquired by Warner Bros., with Sands continuing as senior vice president.
Miranda Langford was named Head of Marketing from MPL, the umbrella company for Paul McCartney‘s business interests, where she spent six years managing the digital department across music, film, tours, and brand partnerships.
Jemma Hill joins as Chief Finance and Operating Officer. She joins from The Blair Partnership, a literary and entertainment agency where she spent a decade as group finance director, overseeing financial management for the agency and various businesses connected to Neil Blair and J.K. Rowling, including Pottermore Ltd. Before that she held finance and operational roles at The Walt Disney Company across BVITV and the EMEA franchise organization, having qualified with Deloitte.
Alongside the external hires, two long-serving Apple Corps staff have been promoted. Cathy Hawkes, who has been with the company for three decades, was promoted to Chief of Staff. Neil Mohring, who has served as General Counsel for seven years, will now lead all business affairs.

Apple Corps
Apple Corps was founded in 1968, originally as a record label and broader creative enterprise tied directly to the band. It has since expanded into publishing, merchandise, film, and licensing. Greene is only the third chief executive in the company’s history.
The company and Disney+ have since released Beatles ’64, directed by David Tedeschi and Martin Scorsese, alongside a restored version of Let It Be and The Beatles Anthology. On the music side, the 2023 single Now and Then reached No. 1 in the UK and won a Grammy.
