News The other defendants are Parkwood Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment, Sony Music Publishing, W Chappell Music Corp. and John Holiday. News US District Judge Mark C. Scarsi granted Parkwood's motion to dismiss and threw out the entire action "for want of standing."
