Kimberly Marasco has asked a federal appeals court to overturn a decision that ended the second of two lawsuits she filed against the singer over her lyrics.
Live Nation and Ticketmaster contend the verdict is "against the weight of the evidence" and was swayed by material that should never have reached the jury.
Suno put that decision in front of Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV in Massachusetts, in a filing submitted by Britt Lovejoy, Suno counsel at Latham & Watkins.
