Hemminga joins Merlin from Downtown Music, where he most recently served as VP Product & Services Strategy.

He will succeed Jeremy Sirota, who is stepping down by the end of the year, after nearly two decades at the company.

The licensed music library will be available to users in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and 19 European countries
