Audio Network is a UK-based production music company founded in 2001.
The company is home to a catalog of over 190,000 tracks ready to be licensed for TV, film, advertising and corporate video.
Those tracks have been created by over a thousand composers, singer-songwriters as well as both established and emerging artists.
The Sunday Times listed Audio Network as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies in multiple years (Tech Track 2011-2013; Profit Track 100 2013- 2015; SME Export track 2015; Les Champions de la Croissance 2017).
Entertainment One acquisition
In April 2019, Entertainment One (eOne) announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Audio Network Limited.
The buyout was valued at approximately US $215 million.
The announcement of the acquisition was made today by eOne’s President and CEO Darren Throop, alongside its Global President, Music Chris Taylor.
