The music technology and services company has elevated Janette Berrios to SVP, Corporate Marketing; Ed Poston to SVP, Head of A&R; Lane Roney to SVP, Finance; and Taylor Garland to EVP & CFO.
The promotions were announced on Tuesday (June 9).
Berrios will report to CEO and Founder Jorge Brea and is based in Tampa, while Poston will continue to report to Chief Creative Officer Randall Foster from New York City.
Roney will report to Garland from Tampa, and Garland will report to Brea, also from Tampa.

Berrios has held the title of VP, Corporate Marketing since 2022, working on the company’s international expansion across the U.K., Europe, and APAC.
She leads Symphonic’s Women Empowered mentorship program, which the company says has connected more than 1,200 women across 46 countries.
She also oversees Creative Connections, a networking series Symphonic says has connected artists and industry professionals across the United States, Latin America, Brazil, and Europe.
Poston joined Symphonic in August 2025 as Head of A&R and leads a team of 36 creatives worldwide.
Symphonic says he has worked with artists including Aurora, Bombay Bicycle Club, Childish Gambino, Ed Sheeran, and Walshy Fire of Major Lazer.
Recent signings under his leadership include They Might Be Giants, Lake Street Dive, P-Pop act BINI, and new singles from Tim McGraw, the company said.
The appointments follow a period of expansion for Symphonic, which was founded by Brea in 2006.
That deal also included the “management and monetization of Chappell Roan’s YouTube channel for content released prior to her 2023 debut album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess”.
Roney joined Symphonic in 2021 as Director of Finance and became VP, Finance in 2023.
Symphonic says he led internal finance efforts related to the company’s Series B funding round, which saw the firm raise USD$37 million in a round led by NewSpring and Ballast Point Ventures.
Garland joined as CFO in 2017, having previously worked in investment banking and private equity.
As EVP, Garland will also oversee the company’s Human Resources department, as well as Head of Strategic Partnerships MichelleGarramone
Symphonic reported net revenue of $12 million for 2021 at the time of its Series B raise, and has since expanded its operation across Nashville, Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, as well as internationally.Music Business Worldwide
