Symphonic Distribution acquires Spanish house music specialist Houseplanet

Florida-based digital music distributor Symphonic Distribution has acquired Spanish competitor Houseplanet.

Houseplanet Distribution, located in Madrid, Spain, focuses on the distribution of House Music.

Dance specialist Symphonic says the move has strategic benefits – providing a footprint not only the House genre, but also in the European music market, and bringing a new timezone to its client services.

As such, the individuals at the helm of Houseplanet will be joining Symphonic Distribution’s Sales and Support team.
