Susan Hilderley has joined Universal Music Enterprises (UMe) as its Executive Vice President of Business Affairs.
Hilderley will be based in Los Angeles and report to Bruce Resnikoff, President and CEO, UMe.
Hilderley will ovesee all legal matters for UMe and will work closely with Resnikoff and other senior executives to develop and execute new business and legal strategies.
She will also be working with artist managers and attorneys, as well as all UMe departments, to help facilitate UMe’s opportunites to grow revenues through both traditional and non-traditional channels.
Hilderley joins UMe from King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, LLP representing artists, producers, songwriters, record labels, music executives and entrepreneurs.
She was previously part of UMG for more than 20 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Business and Legal Affairs at Interscope Geffen A&M Records.
There, she worked with a wide range of artists including Guns N’ Roses, 50 Cent, Maroon 5, Eminem, and Sting.
