Sony Music UK launches 4th Floor Creative Group, hires Cassandra Gracey as President

After spending fifteen years at First Access Entertainment, Cassandra Gracey has joined Sony Music UK as President of its newly formed creative department, 4th Floor Creative Group.

In her new role, Gracey will be overseeing the branding, sync, insight, creative and digital departments at the major label.

At FAE, Gracey was most recently EVP of UK and Europe where she worked closely with various artists and producers including Sugababes, Conor Maynard, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora and Ellie Goulding.

She now reports directly to Jason Iley, Chairman and CEO of Sony Music UK & Ireland, who said: “I’ve always wanted to work with Cassandra, who is a highly respected, dynamic executive and I’m delighted she has agreed to join the management team at Sony Music UK.
