Songtradr enters wellness space, partners with music for wellbeing label Myndstream

B2B music licensing marketplace Songtradr has partnered with mindfulness label myndstream for sync services.

Myndstream is described as a label that “harnesses the power of music to help listeners relax, rest, focus, reduce stress, inspire creativity, and calm anxiety”.

Through this partnership, Songtradr will introduce a new genre of music to its ecosystem featuring a catalog of 1,400 songs.

myndstream was born out of two music brands, Real Music and Cutting Edge Group, to create music that promotes personal wellbeing.

The label is home to chart-topping, award-winning artists who have collectively amassed billions of streams across all platforms.

myndstream’s music has also been used in prisons, hospitals, and governmental organizations to relieve high stress levels, support conflict resolution, and to create tranquil and productive environments.

The company has recently partnered with notable brands such as Calm, Sweaty Betty, SARVA, and alo.

This announcement follows the recent news of Songtradr’s oversubscribed series D funding round, in which it raised USD $50 million.

Songtradr’s platform currently has 800,000 users across 130 different countries and specializes in music licensing, rights management, monetization and distribution.

The company holds offices in Los Angeles, New York, Belfast, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Warsaw, Singapore, Tokyo, Melbourne and Sydney.

Songtradr also recently launched a Global Creative division led by music industry veteran, Amanda Schupf.
