Seeking an individual with experience in a client-facing, account management role in the music industry as well as an understanding of music publishing, music copyright, performing rights organizations, DSPs and royalty flow.
You will be responsible for the entire administrative handling of the royalties & copyrights of our songwriters, the corresponding processes and communication towards the songwriters, the colleagues within the Benelux Team (A&R, Sync, Legal) and all international colleagues with whom you will work a lot.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Creative Synch, the ideal candidate has a passion for synch and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and be highly organized
Required: 7+ years industry experience, preferably in a similar role, and deep understanding of the streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Pandora, etc.
Familiarity with a Vistex (or similar) copyright & royalties system including CWR, catalogue shipment, bulk song amend, import/export functions, client, songs and royalty rates setup, required
Required: Previous experience in roles involving administrative tasks and/or data entry, excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as efficient task management
