Superstruct, founded by ex-Live Nation exec James Barton, is one of live music’s fastest-growing companies. Headquartered in the UK, it owns an array of festivals including Boardmasters, Sziget, Sonar and more. The firm was acquired by KKR in a $1.4 billion deal in summer 2024. CVC then joined KKR around the cap table of Superstruct.
