Seeking a person with In-depth understanding of music genres, trends, and industry dynamics, and proven experience in A&R and talent scouting, particularly in music distribution and publishing.
Required: a minimum of 2 years credit control / cash collection experience, and previous experience working in international business with multicurrency customer billings (desirable but not essential)
Required: 5+ years of leadership experience within a Publishing/A&R role, bachelors degree, good grasp of copyright laws, contracts, music licensing and rights management, and experience in publishing operations/administration.
