Sean Stevens named VP, A&R and Head of Research & Analytics For Warner Records

Sean Stevens has been promoted to Vice President, A&R and Head of Research & Analytics for Warner Records.

Based at the label’s Los Angeles headquarters, Stevens reports to Co-Chairman and CEO, Aaron Bay-Schuck.

Since joining Warner Records in 2018, the label says that Stevens has discovered and worked alongside an array of talent from Warner Records’ artist roster.

Some of those artists include Teddy Swims, Ricky Montgomery, Ezekiel, MyKey, Sombr, Bktherula, XIX.

Stevens first joined Warner Records in 2018 as Director, A&R Analysis before being promoted to Senior Director in 2020.

Stevens got his start in the music industry in 2016 at Big Machine Label Group.

Elsewhere at Warner Records, Dalia Ganz recently joined the label as Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing.

Miles Gersh was recently promoted to Vice President, A&R for Warner Records.

Meanwhile, long-time Atlantic Records executive Dionnee Harper is joining Warner Records as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Artist Development, effective September 15.
