Music management company, Modest! Management, has promoted Sarah Gallagher to Managing Director.
Gallagher, who joined Modest! in 2009, will now report directly to co-founders Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee.
During her tenure at the company, she has been instrumental in overseeing numerous campaigns, including the continued growth of Olly Murs’ career and two sold-out JLS arena tours.
Gallagher’s music management career started when she was 21, working at Z Management and Xenomania, managing in-house artists, before joining Modest!.
In 2014, she was nominated for the MBW Young Executive 2015 Award.

Co-Founder Richard Griffiths added: “As Modest! continues to evolve, Harry and I started to discuss appointing a Managing Director to help us navigate our next chapter of growth. Modest! also promoted Natalie Vassileiou to Operations Director. She will work alongside Gallagher to manage the day to day running of Modest!.
Established in 2003, Modest! now has over 30 staff worldwide. Modest! artists have achieved 46 No.1 singles and 31 No.1 albums globally, with over 220 million records and 21 million concert tickets sold, alongside streaming numbers exceeding 20 billion.
The company represents Little Mix, Niall Horan and 5 Seconds of Summer, among many other artists.
In addition to music management, the company also ventured into TV, publishing, golf management, and sports marketing.
In late 2019, Modest! and entertainment executive Andrea Hamilton teamed up to form a new production company called ModestTV.
In 2017, Modest! executives partnered with British exec Blair McDonald to launch a publishing company called AMLOR Music Publishing.
