Secretly Group affiliate All Flowers Group is expanding for the first time since it launched in 2022, welcoming Sacred Bones Records.

All Flowers was launched by Ghostly International and Secretly in May 2022. The new entity became the parent company of Ghostly and drink sum wtr, which launched as a hip-hop and R&B label at the time.

Now, following a new strategic partnership with Sacred Bones Records brings the Brooklyn-based independent label into the same umbrella as Ghostly and drink sum wtr.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship as Sacred Bones has relied on Secretly Distribution to get its releases to market. The new arrangement extends that collaboration to streaming, vinyl production and publishing operations.

Sacred Bones Founder Caleb Braaten will join All Flowers Group’s executive leadership team while maintaining the label’s existing operations. Label manager Irene Lydon will continue overseeing daily functions and Art Director Mercy Correll will remain responsible for the label’s visual identity.

“I’m incredibly humbled to be invited to work with such forward thinking people. I’m confident this collaboration will raise Sacred Bones’ output to the highest possible level.”

All Flowers Group’s executive leadership team includes Ghostly International Founder and CEO Sam Valenti IV, drink sum wtr Co-Founder, A&R and CEO Nigil Mack, All Flowers Senior Director of A&R Alexandra Berenson, and All Flowers’ North American Marketing Director Kate Ebeling. All Flowers’ team from Secretly include Co-Founder and President of A&R Chris Swanson, VP of Operations for Americas Kraegan Graves, and VP of Operations for Europe Chloé van Bergen.

Braatan said: “I’m incredibly humbled to be invited to work with such forward thinking people. I’m confident this collaboration will raise Sacred Bones’ output to the highest possible level.”

Sam Valenti IV, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of All Flowers Group, said: “Sacred Bones is one of the great labels of the modern era, and one that artists and fans love equally. It’s an honor to be able to work with Caleb Braaten and the team.”

Valenti founded Ghostly International in a Michigan dorm room in 1999. It has since grown into a “multi-platform cabal” representing visual artists, designers, technologists and musicians.

“Sacred Bones is one of the great labels of the modern era, and one that artists and fans love equally. It’s an honor to be able to work with Caleb Braaten and the team.”

drink sum wtr received a Grammy nomination in its first year for aja monet’s debut album when the poems do what they do. The label describes itself as “swimming against the current in an algorithm-saturated music landscape.”
