Today (Friday, August 14) sees the release of Te Quiero Baby (I Love You Baby), set to be the biggest single yet by emerging Latin music star Chesca, with Pitbull and featuring pop legend Frankie Valli.
The new track is a Spanish language version/interpolation of Frankie Valli’s legendary 1967 hit, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.
It is Chesca’s fourth single, following her debut, Subelo (with Static & Ben El and Pitbull), then Deja De Hablar (ft. Jon Z) and Hijo De Uff (ft Sebas).
Chesca is a priority global artist for Saban Music Group – the $500m-backed, Los Angeles-based company founded by entertainment mogul Haim Saban.
“Chesca is one the most talented and versatile artists I have ever worked with.”

Chesca and Pitbull’s previous collaboration, Subelo (Further Up), with Static & Ben El, was a No. 1 airplay hit on US Latin radio.
They have also performed live together, and starred at the televised Premio Lo Nuestro Latin music awards, where they sang Pitbull’s hit Cinco de Mayo, just before lockdown.
Chesca currently has over 12 million channel views on YouTube, 160K Instagram followers, and 150K followers with 2.2 million likes on TikTok.
Saban Music Group CEO, Gustavo Lopez, said: “Chesca is one the most talented and versatile artists I have ever worked with, and Te Quiero Baby (I Love You Baby) shows yet again why we are so committed to her development.”
Chesca originally made her mark as an independent artist, in 2018, with a track called Azucar, an urban pop record with the combination of Reggaeton and Latin sounds produced by Grammy-winning producer Jimmy Joker and written Grammy winners AJ Janussi, Bilal The Chef, I AM Chino and Jorge Gomez.
Last year she was signed by Saban Music as part of the new group’s first wave of A&R activity.
Other artists on SMG’s global roster include Static & Ben El (Israel), Mergui (Israel), Marie Monti (France), and Reykon (Colombia).
