Roc Nation signs British hip-hop DJ Charlie Sloth

Taste-making British hip-hop DJ and radio host Charlie Sloth has signed to Roc Nation.

Charlie Sloth’s new single Purple Ft. Polo G & Deno was released on Friday (August 7) and was added to Apple Music‘s New Music Daily and Spotify‘s New Music Friday.

MBW exclusively revealed in October 2018 that Sloth was leaving the BBC to join Apple Music. The Charlie Sloth Rap Show then aired on Saturday, January 19.

Sloth, who had previously been with the BBC for a decade, launched the globally-renowned MC freestyle segment Fire In The Booth.

In addition, Sloth owns premium vodka brand ‘AU Vodka’, his own nightclubs, Grimey Limey record label and publishing company.

Founded in 2008 by Jay-Z, Roc Nation’s roster includes the likes of Rihanna, Meek Mill and Megan Thee Stallion.
