New York-based independent publisher Reservoir has signed Platinum-selling EDM producer Nick Miller, aka Illenium, to a worldwide publishing deal.

The deal includes global rights to Miller’s entire catalog of works including trilogy albums Ashes, Awake, and Ascend and new single Nightlight.

The Denver-based producer’s 2020 album, Ascend, peaked at No.1 on Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Album chart, and No.14 on the Billboard 200, led by a collection of singles including the RIAA Platinum-certified Good Things Fall Apart with Jon Bellion, Takeaway with The Chainsmokers and Lennon Stella, which topped 360 million Spotify streams, and lead single Take You Down.

Following Ascend’s success, Miller worked with the likes of Tiësto, 3LAU, and Travis Barker to reimagine the tracks for a corresponding Remixes LP, and also dropped Ascend (Tour Edits), an EP of tracks reworked and inspired by his live shows.

Ascend followed 2016 debut album Ashes and 2017’s No.1 iTunes Top Electronic Album Awake, the latter of which included breakout RIAA Gold-certified single Feel Good featuring Gryffin and Daya.

Additional official remixes included Halsey’s Without Me and Flume’s Say It featuring Tove Lo.

Nightlight, featuring a vocal performance by Annika Wells, marks his first single since signing a record deal with 12Tone.

The track has already racked up over 3.5m streams on Spotify since its release on August 28.

“I was very selective about who I wanted to sign with, and they’ve shown to be a perfect fit for me.”
