Republic Records promotes Marisa Bianco to VP, Media

Republic Records in New York has promoted Marisa Bianco to Vice President, Media, effective immediately.

The news was announced today by Republic’s Senior Vice President, Media Joseph Carozza and President, Republic Label Group Charlie Walk.

Senior Director of Media since 2014, Ms. Bianco strategizes and executes successful publicity campaigns for both A-list superstars and rising talent.

She has played a key role in breaking new acts such as DNCE, Hailee Steinfeld, and Julia Michaels as well as overseeing campaigns for artists like Nicki Minaj, Phantogram, Zendaya, newcomer Stanaj, and more.

In this role, she will continue to spearhead publicity initiatives for acts across the Republic roster.

Prior to joining Republic Records, Marisa graduated from New York University’s prestigious Music Business program and began a nine-year tenure at Atlantic Records where she worked alongside artists such as Janelle Monáe, Jason Mraz, Panic! At The Disco, and Rob Thomas.
