Red Bull Records strikes deal to expand into India, China and South Korea

Red Bull Records has inked a new partnership with artist/label development firm Secret Signals to bring its roster to Southeast Asia, China, India and South Korea.

The Singapore-based Secret Signals will work with Red Bull Records on developing their artists across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia as well as Cambodia, Laos, Burma, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Brunei, East Timor, Hong Kong, South Korea, China and Taiwan.

The first album to be released under the deal is AWOLNATION’s Run, set for US release March 17th.

Run is the follow up to AWOLNATION’S debut album Megalithic Symphony and its internationally successful single “Sail,” which is certified 10x platinum in Norway, 6x platinum in the US and Canada, 3x platinum in Sweden, 2x platinum in Australia and New Zealand, platinum in Switzerland, gold in Austria, Germany and the UK.
