Various Artists Management (VAM), which operates across the UK, US, and Australia, has made a series of key senior appointments within its London HQ.

Rebecca Dixon has been appointed to the newly defined role of Global Head of Marketing & Strategy.

According to the company, reflecting “the significant expansion of the business”, Dixon will focus on shaping the company’s wider direction and developing “high-level global strategies” for VAM’s clients worldwide.

Elsewhere at the company, George Shepherd has been promoted to Associate Director.

Having played an “instrumental” role in shaping the careers of Ashnikko, Rose Gray, Sad Night Dynamite, Glen Roberts, and Joe Rubel, Shepherd will now oversee the creative development and strategic direction of the company’s full roster while continuing to represent his artist and writer-producer clients.

Kayleigh Ramchand-Bentley, meanwhile, has been appointed General Manager UK. Ramchand-Bentley will lead the UK office with a focus on “operational excellence, day-to-day execution, and team management,” according to the company.

Additionally, the company has appointed Kelley Fox as Senior International A&R, working across both VAM and Alternative Songs.

Based in the UK, Fox will play a “pivotal role” in the discovery and development of new talent, further strengthening the company’s international roster.

Commenting on her promotion, Dixon said: “Taking on the role of Global Head of Marketing & Strategy feels like a natural evolution as the company continues to expand internationally.

“I’m excited to build and push the global strategy in a way that stays creative, confident, and completely artist-led alongside the rest of our team in the UK, US, Australia, and soon-to-be Middle East.”
