Cat Kreidich, President of ADA

New York-based Cat Kreidich is the President of Warner Music Group‘s independent artist and label-servicing division, ADA Worldwide.

Kreidich was promoted into the position in April 2021, and reports to Max Lousada, CEO of Warner’s global recorded music operation.

Kredich was upped to President of ADA Worldwide just months after joining Warner, as the EVP of ADA, at the close of 2020.


Cat Kreidich: Music industry Career before Warner Music Group and ADA

Prior to joining Warner Music Group / ADA, Cat Kreidich served as Senior Vice President, Commerce for Sony Music Entertainment’s catalog.

In that role, she led commercial activity for a $900 million group, across digital and physical, for the likes of Mariah Carey, Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, and more.

In addition, Kreidich restructured Sony Music’s Legacy business for a streaming-led music industry, delivering standout artist catalog campaigns for the likes of Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, Travis Scott, and Bruce Springsteen.

Kreidich spent nine years at Sony Music in total.

Before taking up the catalog role, she spent nearly eight years at Sony’s The Orchard, most recently as SVP of Account Management, Advertising, and Data Analysis.

In this position, she re-organized and strategically positioned The Orchard during the company’s rapid expansion, spread across 40 different cities.

She also founded The Orchard’s Commercial Insights team and was a key stakeholder in the development and steering towards the creation and use of innovative data insight tools.

Kreidich previously served in numerous other commercial, strategic, and operating roles in the industry at Ultra Records, Caroline Distribution, Virgin Records, and Motown Records.
