Peermusic expands in Australia with Trackdown partnership

Peermusic, the global independent music publisher, has signed a new strategic partnership with Trackdown Digital.

Trackdown is a major Australian music and post-production facility boasting the largest orchestral recording stage in the Southern Hemisphere.

Kathy Spanberger, peermusic President and Managing Director of the publisher’s Australian company, has enlisted Trackdown to oversee creative, A&R, synch activities and new business opportunities for the Australia and New Zealand territories.

Geoff Watson will be appointed Vice President of A&R and New Projects of Peermusic Australia and his colleague Gary Seeger will be appointed Creative Director. Both execs are veterans of the Australian music, film and TV industries.

Vera Lente, who has been with the company for over 20 years, will be promoted to Director of Administration.
