Natalie Madaj promoted to SVP, Global Digital at Warner Chappell Music

Natalie Madaj will be stepping in to lead the Digital team at Warner Chappell Music as the publisher’s new SVP, Global Digital.

Eric Mackay, EVP, Global Digital Strategy, who has led the company’s global digital strategy since 2017, has decided to move on from Warner Chappell, according to a statement from the company.

Madaj was previously Senior Vice President, Digital Licensing, Americas, a position she was promoted to in January 2021.

She will officially start in her new role in early 2022, and Mackay has agreed to stay on in the interim to continue to oversee the team and ensure a smooth transition.

Madaj joined Warner Chappell in 2018 as Vice President, Digital Licensing, North America and was promoted to her current role as SVP, Digital Licensing, Americas this past January.

Alongside Mackay, she’s led and spearheaded global commercial digital initiatives, with an emphasis on North and South America.

Under her leadership, the company has also renewed digital deals with key partners and helped forge new relationships with companies like Equinox, Peloton, Snap and TikTok.

“Natalie has an incredible eye for identifying trends and has spent the last few years finding creative ways to integrate our writers’ songs into exciting new technologies.”
