Mischa Daniels has been appointed Vice-President of A&R at Reliant Music Europe.
The hire expands the independent A&R and song management company’s team in Europe.
Daniels is the former Creative Music Director of Armada Music.
Whilst at the company, his global signing of Loud Luxury resulted in the debut single Body, which achieved Platinum status in the USA, Diamond in Canada, Silver in the UK and Platinum in Germany.
Other credits for Daniels include undertaking A&R for Armin Van Buuren, Fedde Le Grand, Nervo and Afrojack.
Reliant Music’s toplines have been recorded by, or are currently being recorded by, Armin Van Buuren, R3HAB, Timmy Trumpet, Nicky Romero, W&W, Yves V, Paul Oakenfold, Thomas Gold and others.
Vancouver-based Reliant Music was founded in 2012, and its company President, John Dexter, is a songwriter, producer, A&R executive, and former co-manager of Carly Rae Jepsen (whose Call Me Maybe sold over 21 million singles worldwide).
