Lucas Keller and Marty Diamond will be honored at MUSEXPO 2027.
Keller, Founder & President of Milk & Honey Music + Sports, will be presented with MUSEXPO‘s “Global Talent Manager” award.
Diamond, EVP & Managing Executive at THE•TEAM, will receive the conference’s “International Music Person of the Year” award.
Both honors will be handed over in Burbank, California, during the 27th global edition of MUSEXPO, which runs March 21–24, 2027.
Diamond will collect his award on March 23, 2027, at a VIP Awards Luncheon at the Castaway venue, preceded by a keynote conversation with the agent.
Keller‘s honor follows a day later, at MUSEXPO‘s “International Music Industry Awards” gala dinner on March 24, 2027, also at Castaway.
Diamond will also receive official proclamations from the State of California, the County of Los Angeles and the City of Burbank.
Keller will receive official proclamations from the City of Burbank, the County of Los Angeles and the California State Assembly.
Keller founded Milk & Honey, which now runs offices in Beverly Hills, New York, Nashville, and London.
The company represents more than 70 songwriters and producers, over 40 electronic artists, and more than 150 NFL and collegiate NIL athletes, according to MUSEXPO.
Its artist management division oversees close to 3,000 live performances a year, with residencies in Ibiza and Las Vegas, MUSEXPO said.
Milk & Honey clients have contributed to more than one billion albums sold worldwide, according to MUSEXPO.
Keller has built out a series of publishing ventures, the most recent of them a partnership with Kobalt, and launched Milk & Honey Records in October 2025, with physical and digital distribution handled by The Orchard.
MUSEXPO said Keller has overseen more than USD $300 million in music catalog transactions and is now partnered in a fund set up to buy music assets.
Keller was a manager at The Collective before founding Milk & Honey, and told MBW in 2023 that it was “more exciting to be a multi-platform entertainment company” than to stick to a single discipline.
“Lucas Keller has established himself as one of the most respected and visionary talent managers in the global entertainment industry,” said Bisla.
“His entrepreneurial leadership, unwavering commitment to creative talent, and ability to continually evolve alongside an ever-changing industry have made Milk & Honey one of the world’s premier management companies.”

“Of all the types of talent Lucas has represented, he has built a remarkable legacy by championing the American Songwriter,” Bisla added.
Said Keller: “I’ve spent my career in the wings, and that has always felt like a place of purpose – not obscurity.
“Representation is an act of service – it means listening closely, advocating fiercely, and being a voice for the voiceless until they are given the power to speak – and be heard – for themselves.”

“I get an opportunity to let songwriters, producers, artists and athletes see that their stories matter every day.
“Our most meaningful work happens when we turn access into opportunity, influence into advocacy, and recognition into a platform for those the world has overlooked. Thanks for the honor Sat and team.”
Diamond‘s roster includes Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, RAYE, Tyla and FLO, according to MUSEXPO.
It also features Alessia Cara, Bastille, Blur, Damien Rice, David Gray, Liam Gallagher, Lorde, Louis Tomlinson, Sia, Sigur Rós and Wet Leg, plus acts the organizer describes as rising talents, among them Cat Burns, DYLAN, Elyanna, Lovejoy, Niko Rubio, Ryan Beatty and Slayyyter.
THE•TEAM is the sports, music and entertainment agency formerly known as Wasserman, which dropped its founder’s name in March 2026.
Its music business still trades as Wasserman Music, which launched in 2021 through the purchase of Paradigm Talent Agency‘s North American live music representation business.
Diamond, previously Paradigm‘s Head of Global Music, was one of seven executives named to oversee the business day to day at launch. He has won multiple Pollstar “Agent of the Year” awards.
Providence Equity Partners and THE•TEAM confirmed on July 28 that Providence is set to take full control of the agency, buying out founder Casey Wasserman in a deal reported to value the business at approximately USD $3.4 billion. That transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
“Marty Diamond has helped define the modern global touring business through his exceptional vision, integrity, and unwavering commitment to artists,” said Sat Bisla, President & Founder of A&R Worldwide and MUSEXPO.
