Live Nation has agreed to operate Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, further expanding the concert giant’s presence in Southeast Asia.
The deal gives Live Nation control of operations at the 40,000-square-meter venue with a seating capacity of 12,000. The company will work alongside Impact’s founding developer, Bangkok Land, to modernize the facility.
Live Nation says it plans to introduce modern production infrastructure and improved hospitality services at the venue. Upgrades include improved food and beverage options, premium seating experiences, and refreshed wayfinding, ticketing and concessions, it said.
The company will also install new exterior lighting and streamlined backstage amenities, Live Nation added. The improvements are designed to enable faster turnaround times for artists and crews, as Live Nation seeks to create more booking opportunities.
Impact Arena has hosted performances by major international touring acts and local Thai artists. The venue will continue to serve both global stars and emerging local talent. Shows booked at the arena this month include TWICE’s This Is For World Tour, which ran from December 13 to 14 and Doja Cat’s Ma Vie World Tour tomorrow (December 18).
Disney On Ice, (G)I-DLE‘s 2026 World Tour, and Bowkylion are already confirmed to perform at the venue in 2026.
Commenting on the deal, Live Nation Asia’s President for Venue Development, Stephanie Bax, said: “Bangkok is one of Asia’s most exciting cultural hubs, and Impact Arena has played a pivotal role in its live entertainment story.”
“Together with Bangkok Land, we’re breathing new life into this landmark venue and investing in the future of live music in Thailand, ensuring Impact Arena remains the must-play destination for both emerging local talent and global touring artists.”
The partnership marks Live Nation’s continued expansion in Asia. The company has been growing its venue network across the region as demand for live entertainment increases.
