Live Nation Canada strikes deal with Oilers Entertainment Group

Live Nation Canada has struck a deal with Oilers Entertainment Group (OEG) to become the Preferred Promoter for Rogers Place in Edmonton and the Winter Garden in Toronto.

Live Nation said the pair had “plans to build a broader, strategic partnership between the two companies aimed at expanded content and live entertainment opportunities in the region”.

LN-owned Ticketmaster will become the ticketing solution provider for OEG.

The multi-year partnership places OEG at the centre of live entertainment in Edmonton and Northern Alberta, accessing Live Nation Canada’s platform of artists, concerts, festivals and events.

Under the Preferred Promoter agreement for Rogers Place and the Winter Garden, Live Nation Canada will provide content as well as strategic planning towards the Facility’s Entertainment strategy.
