Live Nation buys event marketing company Neste

Live Nation Entertainment has acquired a majority stake in event marketing company Neste to form Neste Live!

The new venture will facilitate talent buying and event production services for festivals, fairs, and corporate clients.

The Neste Live! team will be based in Tennessee, and report to Gil Cunningham, President, Neste.

Neste Event Marketing was established in 1995 as a corporate sponsorship and event marketing agency, servicing the music festival marketplace.

After years of developing successful sponsorship programs for events, Neste added the talent buying and event production elements to its offered services.

The team has spearheaded and supported over 500 events, and worked with a large roster of corporate clients, including Jack Links, Jockey, Kansas City Life Insurance, Advisors Excel and the NCAA College World Series.

Live Nation expanded into Singapore last month after it acquired ONE Production.
