Leesa Brunson-Boland joins 300 Entertainment as Head of A&R Operations

300 Entertainment has appointed Leesa Brunson-Boland as the Head of A&R Operations.

She joins from Def Jam where she was the Senior Vice President of A&R Operations.

Brunson-Boland is an industry veteran with experience spanning across 18 years, and has worked with a range of talent including Teyana Taylor, Jeezy, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Fabolous, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Jhene Aiko, Logic, and more.

Her career began in A&R at Elektra Records with Sylvia Rhone working with Busta Rhymes, Lil Mo, and Missy Elliot.

In 2016, Brunson-Boland was honored as one of Billboard‘s Women in Music.

In her new role at 300 Entertainment, she will oversee the company’s A&R Operations Department, serving as a gatekeeper of the music, maintaining trusting relationships with artists and managers, and acting as a liaison with all other departments at the label.

She will report to the company’s CEO and Co-Founder Kevin Liles.
