Music video platform Vevo has unveiled its annual end-of-year charts for 2025.

Despite being released in 2024, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ Die With a Smile was the most-watched music video on Vevo in 2025, with 932 million global views.

Die With a Smile was released in August 2024 via Interscope Records. It was later included as the closing track of Lady Gaga’s 2025 studio album, Mayhem.

The song was nominated for Song of the Year at the Grammy Awards and won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

Other 2024 releases maintained momentum through 2025 including Billie Eilish‘s BIRDS OF A FEATHER continued drawing heavy viewership globally, and FloyyMenor and Cris MJ‘s Gata Only.

In the US specifically, Shaboozey‘s A Bar Song (Tipsy) and Kendrick Lamar‘s Not Like Us kept accumulating millions of views throughout the year.

On Vevo’s premiere charts, South Korean artist JENNIE‘s Like JENNIE recorded the most views globally in its first 14 days at 33.4 million. The K-Pop release marked the first time the genre topped Vevo’s annual premiere rankings.

“Music video viewership in 2025 reflected diverse consumer palettes, with fans increasingly watching artists from all corners of the world, spanning a variety of genres, sub-genres, and local scenes.”

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga maintained a strong presence in 2025 premiere charts as well, with Abracadabra ranking as the second-highest global premiere after JENNIE, while The Dead Dance, directed by Tim Burton to promote the second season of Wednesday, also drew strong viewership.

Sabrina Carpenter dominated the US premiere market with Manchild, which generated more than 7 million domestic views in its first two weeks. Tears, another track from her album, Man’s Best Friend, also saw strong viewership.

Other notable global premieres on Vevo this year include Run it Up by Indian artist Hanumankind, Kendrick Lamar & SZA’s Luther, and Rauw Alejandro and Romeo SantosKhé?

In the US, Vevo said viewership demonstrated diverse genre consumption. R&B artist Mariah the Scientist‘s Burning Blue accumulated nearly 31 million US views as the second most-watched new release at home.

Country performer Riley Green‘s Worst Way garnered more than 23 million US views. Hip-hop artist Doechii placed two videos in the top ten US premieres with DENIAL IS A RIVER and Anxiety.

Meanwhile, in the UK, Die With a Smile drew 19 million views to top the market’s most-watched list. British viewers also continued watching 2024 releases including Lola Young‘s Messy and Chappell Roan‘s Pink Pony Club throughout 2025.

Vevo noted that UK audiences showed interest in local newcomers alongside international hits. Skye Newman‘s Family Matters saw 9.2 million UK views as the most-watched new release from a British artist, while Olivia Dean‘s Man I Need was among the most-watched music video releases by British artists this year on Vevo.

Carpenter’s Manchild led UK premiere charts, followed by Lady Gaga’s Abracadabra.
