AEG’s ticketing division AXS has announced the promotions of Julie Lamb to Chief Talent Officer and Jason Boxer to Chief Financial Officer.
Lamb was previously SVP of Human Resources, while Boxer served as SVP of Accounting and Finance.
Based in Los Angeles, the pair will continue to report to Bryan Perez, Chief Executive Officer of AXS.
In her new role, Lamb will continue to lead AXS’s global people strategy, with an “expanded focus on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and building a scalable, inclusive, high-performance culture”.
“At AXS, our people – and the lasting relationships they build with our partners – are central to how we operate and grow.”

Speaking about her appointment, Perez said: “Julie is an exceptional leader who has played a pivotal role in shaping AXS’s culture and long-term trajectory. At AXS, our people – and the lasting relationships they build with our partners – are central to how we operate and grow.
“Our people-centric culture is a meaningful differentiator for AXS, and Julie has been instrumental in fostering a high-performance environment that strengthens those relationships and enables us to scale globally without losing what makes us distinct.”
Meanwhile, as Chief Financial Officer, Boxer will oversee all aspects of AXS’s financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and long-term growth initiatives, according to the firm.
AXS describes Boxer as a “key partner in driving financial discipline, operational scalability, and informed decision-making across the business”.
“Jason has been equally impactful in shaping the financial discipline and strategic foundation of our business,” added Perez.
“As we expand rapidly into new markets, he has helped architect a globally integrated finance organization that supports sustainable growth, operational rigor, and long-term strategic investment. His leadership is critical to ensuring AXS continues to scale with focus and purpose.”
The company added that the promotions reflect the duo’s “leadership and impact on the company’s growth, culture, and long-term strategy”.
Their elevations come in the wake of AXS’ appointments of Nikhil Bobde as Chief Technology Officer, and Alex Hazboun as Chief Innovation Officer last October.
AXS also recently strengthened its regional leadership, with Peter Quinlan named Managing Director, Europe, and Hannah Rouch joining as the VP, Marketing, Europe – both, newly created roles.
Henrik Berndtson was also hired as Head of the Nordics earlier this month, as AXS continues to expand across Europe and other global markets.Music Business Worldwide
