John Fleckenstein and Joe Riccitelli named Co-Presidents of RCA Records

Prior to that, Fleckenstein was the EVP of International for Sony Music where he orchestrated successful global campaigns for the likes of Daft Punk, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, and many others.

Fleckenstein has held various roles at Arista Records, Jive Records and abroad, as well as relocated to Sydney, Australia for several years to lead marketing and promotion for the Asian-Pacific Region.

He began his career as an intern at Columbia Records.

Since being promoted to GM / EVP Promotion, RCA Records in 2013, Riccitelli has led the promotion of projects for established artists such as Justin Timberlake, P!NK, ZAYN and Kesha, among others, as well as emerging talent including Khalid, G-Eazy, Cage The Elephant, Bleachers and more.

Prior to RCA Records, Riccitelli was EVP Promotion, Jive Records since 1999 where he played a key role in the promotion plans and launch of Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Chris Brown and many more.

He has also held positions at Island Records and PolyGram Records where he began his career in 1985 as an advertising clerk.
