Young Artists creates environments that nurture artists and builds them long term careers.
We are based in London but represent a number of artists who live in Los Angeles.
We are looking for an individual to manage the day to day responsibilities for these artists whilst maintaining excellent communication with each artist’s Primary Managers and the wider Young Artists team in the UK.
You will run communications between the artist, their manager and their team including their label, live agent, publishing company, merch partner, lawyer and accountant. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the artists’ best interest at all times.

Alongside the managers, you will be the first point of contact for the artists with ready access to all artist related assets as well as being able to secure answers to time sensitive requests. As a Young Artists employee outside the UK you will need to be comfortable working remotely from the core team and on a different time zone. The ideal candidate is someone who can not only respond to direction but actively drive the artist administration, requests and communication.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
// Clear, structured and regular communication with the managers and Young Artists team
// Regular communication with each artist and their wider teams
// Maintaining a shared diary for the artist
// Planning and booking travel and accommodation
// Booking studios and hiring equipment for recording sessions

// Managing meeting agendas, notes and action points
// Representing the artist in meetings with label partners
In the first 3 months you will be required to:
// Build a relationship with the artists
// Identify the best way to communicate with the artists
// Create the agendas and circulate notes for the weekly management meetings
// Set up the artist’s diary
// Update the one-sheet for each artist
Please include a description of your proudest achievement in an artist management role in no more than 500 words.
