Job Title: Director, Creative Services

A little bit about our team:

The Creative Services team at Warner Records is responsible for the creation of music videos, still photo shoots, and graphic artwork for all releases.

Your role:

You will direct assigned creative teams and provide art direction from the concept to the completion of projects. In addition, you will help establish and monitor budgets, present creative ideas to artists, and lead large or multiple projects with significant scope and impact. This role works independently on difficult assignments that are broad in nature requiring originality and resourcefulness.

Here you’ll get to:
  • Collaborate with recording artists, management, marketing and A&R departments to establish art direction for packaging and marketing tools
  • Oversee budgets and work closely with art administration on clearance of photos and art
  • Help establish department policies and schedules
  • Stay informed on emerging photographers and illustrators
  • Assign all aspects of photography shoots, including the hiring of photographer, stylist, hair, make-up, location etc.
  • Design artwork, marketing tools, and creative content

  • Creative, problem solver that understands the needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
  • Efficiently and effectively prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Must work well in a collaborative environment
  • Productive communicator who displays effective negotiation skills

Salary Range

$80,000 to $100,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
