Job description
In collaboration with the director of the local branch, the S&M manager will be in charge of optimizing the commercial potential of the catalogue as well as the visibility and positioning of the artists from the roster in the G.A.S. & C.E.E. territories.
- Digital
Thanks to her/his strong network, and in relation with the commercial team in Paris, she/he will ensure the best possible exposure for the catalogue by pitching artistic projects with the editorial teams of the DSPs.
She/he will analyze the internal data and those transmitted by the platforms and set up with them the campaigns adapted to each of our artists’ profiles.
- Physical
In relation with our different partners within the territory and the labels in Paris, she/he will manage and coordinate the physical releases of our catalogue.
- Promo / Marketing
Her/his mission will be to coordinate the actions of the various partners involved in the development of the artists in the region: press officers, community managers, marketing agencies, etc…
In collaboration with the in-house labels in Paris and the artist’s management, she/he will offer expertise and solutions adapted to the target market in order to improve the positioning of our artists’ creative output and vision.
- Secondary uses
On the lookout for the various market players, she/he will pitch our artists’ projects to advertising agencies and music supervisors.
- A&R
In collaboration with the dedicated teams in Paris, she/he will be able to identify and suggest local artists fit to sign.
Profile
Perfectly German-speaking (preferably German), she/he is also fluent in English and ideally French.
She/he already has an experience in a record company, a digital distributor or a DSP and has a solid knowledge of the market and its various players.
She/he will be at home in an artistic environment, and be able too expand on data analysis or in the development of promotional and marketing plans.
