Until The Dawn – Day-to-Day Manager (UK)

Until The Dawn is an artist management company based in the heart of Manchester, providing creative and career consultancy for international renowned musicians and DJ’s. We work across multiple sectors including live, recordings, branding and fashion.

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated and passionate individual to join our growing team as a full-time day-to-day manager.

We are a small entrepreneurial company and pride ourselves on giving people the right tools and exposure to the industry in order to thrive and grow. The role involves taking on day-to-day management duties across multiple artists on our roster. You will work closely with the senior team across long-lead projects and daily tasks. The role requires somebody with the ability to work collaboratively both with the in-house team as well as work with third-party teams outside of the company.

The candidate must have a minimum of three years experience working in music and must have some experience working directly with clientele.


Key responsibilities include
  • Assisting senior managers with day-to-day management across multiple clients.
  • Supporting touring logistics operations.
  • Full diary management.
  • Assisting with social media management.
  • Assisting with label management.
  • Assisting with artist marketing campaigns.
  • Operational support across key industry event seasons such as Ibiza, international fashion weeks, Amsterdam Dance Event etc.

The right candidate will
  • Be personable, proactive and have a friendly approach to all matters. They need to be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail. Must be willing to learn, think on their feet and use their initiative where required.
  • Love networking with and meeting with other members of the music industry. Be willing to attend artist events and be available for some degree of national and international travel.
  • Have experience and knowledge of digital marketing, social media & developing trends within music / fashion / entertainment.
  • Have office experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, email clients etc. Some experience with productivity / creative platforms such as Trello, Canva etc. would also be preferred.

Salary and benefits:
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience.
