The strengthening of our teams in the US, UK and locally as well as investments in new businesses and services will continue to drive the global growth of UNIFIED.

 Job Description

Super Special is the home to two of the largest music and music culture eCommerce stores in Australia; 24Hundred and SpaceMirror Merchandise. Super Special supports the merchandise needs of some of Australia’s most creative and innovative artists, record labels and music creatives by helping to communicate direct with fans and offer fun products and campaigns. With a large automated in-house merchandise production setup, fulfilment and creative team, Super Special will continue to remain at the forefront of Australian music merchandise retail.

As a member of the senior management team within the business you will contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational goals and overall business aims. In particular, you will be responsible for directing the strategy and growth of the company’s online business offering with the aim to achieve the company’s sales turnover, productivity, on time delivery and profit targets. You will have direct managerial responsibility for client services management, marketing and creative for our various web properties.

The Head of Merchandise will be working with a passionate team of music lovers and clients across many genres. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on and guide the execution of business strategy for the online business.

 Desired Skills and Experience
  • Understanding of branding and marketing of online retail stores
  • Direction of online promotional assets to establish and maintain market position
  • Oversight of budgets, KPIs, team 90 day plans, goals, P&Ls
  • Competitor, client and customer insights.
  • Ability to analyse sales forecasts and relevant financials.
  • Management of a team
  • New customer and client lead generation
  • Management of CRM and customer retention
